1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Confident Budget (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Confident Budget is a financial tracking application offered as a Telegram Mini App. It allows users to record transactions, manage budgets, and use AI-assisted features for data organization.

3. User Accounts

• Telegram Integration: Access to the App requires an active Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account.
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. The App is a tool for tracking, not a certified accounting service.

4. AI Features & Disclaimer

• No Financial Advice: The AI features provided in Confident Budget are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, tax, or investment advice.
• Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence models can make mistakes (“hallucinations”). You should verify all AI-generated insights, categorizations, and calculations before relying on them.
• Human-in-the-Loop: You acknowledge that the App is a productivity tool, not an automated financial manager. You must manually review and approve any categorization or budget adjustment suggested by the AI before it is finalized in your records.
• Usage Limits: We reserve the right to limit the amount of AI processing (tokens) available to your account to prevent abuse and manage costs. We reserve the right to offer premium tiers with expanded usage limits.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or other users’ enjoyment of it.
• Upload malicious data or files.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of the developers of Confident Budget and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
